The project involves the transformation of a commercial space located on the ground floor into a loft. The apartment consists of a bathroom and a living area with kitchen, dining room and living room. Given the small area, a mezzanine was created where the bedroom can be placed.
An industrial style was chosen for the finishes, characterized by a concrete or stone effect combined with wood colours to give warmth to the environment. Despite the dark tones chosen, the presence of large windows on the street side allows for good lighting.
The monochromatism is broken by the choice of elements in shades of green that recall the external colour of the fixtures.
