Domus XII

It is a detached villa part of the building complex to be constructed in a green area of urban completion of Aurisina Cave.

The ground floor is divided into an open space living area characterized by the central fireplace and a sleeping area consisting of three bedrooms one with private bathroom. The asymmetrical pitched roof has allowed the construction of a mezzanine where it is possible to create a living space but also a study or an additional bedroom with private bathroom.

The façades, plastered in shades of gray, have large windows in the garden side while on the opposite side you can notice the rhythm created by parallel partitions, partly covered in local stone. The partitions extend outside the building allow the construction of the canopy for cars.

At the entrance there is a large window of trapezoidal shape to enhance the double height space and illuminate the stairs.
