The project involves the complete refurbishing of a historical building with a change of use from office to residential with the consequent construction of 10 apartments. The style of the project will respect the historicity of the building, finding the right balance between classic and modern style regarding both the interiors and the facade.
The outdoor spaces, available to the tenants, will include a big garden with attention to the smallest details with a specific selection of vegetation. To complete the project of the outdoor spaces, we have planned the construction of an infinity pool and an underground garage.
