2021 - Underway
Private
Classic | Renovation
Trieste
Commissioned by Haggi Armenian merchant Giorgio Aydinian, the design of this palace was entrusted to Ruggero Berlam, a renowned Trieste architect known for his design of numerous renowned palaces in the city. In addition to providing exclusive residential spaces for those seeking an elegant home in the heart of the city, the palace also represents a bridge between the glorious past and the present, keeping the region’s architectural heritage alive in a unique and fascinating way. Thanks to a meticulous interior renovation and a complete seismic and plant upgrading, the two buildings will house a total of 22 apartments, of which only located on the fifth floor will have a private terrace.
In addition, there will be a lovely garden in the postic part, which will add a touch of beauty and tranquility to the atmosphere of the building. The restoration of the facades will be taken care of down to the smallest detail, including the renovation of the entire decorative apparatus, which will give the building a fascinating and historically rich appearance.
The entire project aims to preserve the region’s rich architectural tradition and provide exclusive living spaces for those seeking an elegant lifestyle in the heart of this fascinating city, considering that the building has been declared a property of cultural interest under Legislative Decree 42/2004. Giorgio Aydinian’s Haggi Palace is preparing to continue its history of beauty and prestige in the urban context.
